• Personalized ₹99 reports purchased within the last 7 days • Reports with technical errors or incorrect data • Duplicate charges or accidental purchases
Not Eligible
• Reports older than 7 days from purchase • Free Panchang reports (no charge involved) • Disagreement with traditional Vedic interpretations (we follow classical texts)
How to Request
Email hello@mymuhurat.com with your purchase ID and reason. No interrogation — we honor genuine requests promptly.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days. Bank credit typically appears in 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.
